This Intellectual Property & AI Policy explains the ownership, permitted use, restrictions, responsibilities, and protection of intellectual property, platform materials, AI-assisted content, downloadable products, software systems, branding, databases, user-generated content, and related technologies associated with MP Nerds and its ecosystem platforms (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

- AI-powered systems and technologies
- Databases and architecture
- Educational articles and resources
- Downloadable products and frameworks

- Marketplace and ecosystem functionality
This includes associated MP Nerds-operated platforms and brands, including but not limited to:
- My Premium Collection (MPC)
- My Premium Service (MPS)
- My Premium Governance (MPG)
- Collectiblepedia
- Servicingpedia
- Governancepedia
- Future MP Nerds-operated products and services
These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any Platform materials without prior written permission from MP Nerds LLC.
3. User-Generated Content
Users may upload or submit content to MP Nerds, including:
- Comments
- Community posts
- Images and media
- Marketplace materials
- Messages
- Documents
- AI-assisted submissions
- Educational contributions
- Feedback and suggestions
Users retain ownership of their original content.
However, by submitting content to MP Nerds, users grant MP Nerds LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to:

- Use content for Platform functionality and operational purposes
This license exists solely for operating, improving, promoting, and maintaining the Platform.
4. User Responsibilities

Users represent and warrant that:
